Returns Policy
RETURNS POLICY

The policies below are meant solely and exclusively for Motohart dealers. For more information contact your sales agent.

1. Any good deemed faulty on arrival and is brought to our attention (if necessary in writing) within 7 days, will be picked up and replaced or credited free of charge. Any manufacturing faults should be brought to our attention at this stage.

2. Any faulty good notified to us after this time will need to be seen by us before we authorise replacement or repair. If replacement is not immediately available we will then allow a credit, but we will in most circumstance replace or repair.

3. Customer Returns: If an item is faulty every effort will be made to accommodate the customer’s wishes. However we need to inspect the product ourselves and if the customer is deemed to have damaged the product through his/her own actions we will not in those circumstances replace/repair/credit for the item. This is applicable if the customer acted in good faith or maliciously with the product. An example being if a zip has been forcedly pulled so that the teeth are broken.

4. If a dealer wishes to return an item due to non-sales or he wishes a credit to their account. In this situation if the item is in the supplied state and complete with tags and packaging, then we will endeavour to act with the dealer. For items returned within 2 months (with any shipping expense taken by the dealer) we will credit the account with the full trade price of the items (exc. any shipping costs for sending or receiving). After 2 months we will charge a 15% restocking fee. This does not apply to faulty goods or goods returned for repair.

5. If a product is returned by the customer some time after purchase, with a repairable fault we will repair and return to the dealer in order that he may return the item to the dealer. If the dealer replaces the item this will be at their own expense as our warranty on the product will be in the first instance to repair the products where possible. Any item returned after being worn can not be refunded unless repair is not possible.
